What is an OPPM?
- Organisational Policies and Procedures Manual
- Policies and procedures are an essential part of any organisation.
- An OPPM provides a roadmap for day-to-day operations.
- They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making and streamline internal processes.
- But they only work if employees know how to access them, are trained to follow them and consistently apply them.
